I enjoyed my stay at Sienna Ridge. I was there 2 years and never had a problem with neighbors nor management. It was quiet, clean and well maintained. Whenever i put in a work order for maintenance they came right away or the next morning. I would have stayed there much longer but had a family emergency and had to move back to my home state. I most certainly recommend Sienna Ridge to anyone looking for a place in the San Antonio area. Management is Great!

We love Sienna Ridge! These apartment homes are single story. The community reminds me of a subdivision. The grounds are maintained nicely. The staff is incredible! I am in the hospitality industry and can be particular but they exceed my expectations. The few maintenance requests I have had are taken care of same day or the next. The guys are so friendly and courteous. When I email any of the leasing staff I get an immediate response. When we first moved in they had a welcome basket with items you actually use! A few months back there was a water main break that disrupted service in some of the buildings so they delivered water to those without, very impressive. When it’s time to renew your lease there is no notice slipped under your door, they send you a nice letter in the mail. All those little touches they do go a long way. It’s peaceful here. I can see us staying here forever!

My family and I just moved from San Diego, CA and we love Sienna Ridge! We found this apartment online and were so glad we were able to find a pet friendly, gated apartment without residents above or below us. The front office and maintenance staff is 5 star! They are incredibly friendly helpful and always get paperwork and maintenance requests finished in a timely manner. I like that the apartment hold frequent get together so people can get to know each other within the community. We love our home and Sienna Ridge Staff.

I would recommend these apartments to all my family, friends and acquaintances. Unfortunately with deep regret I have to move to care for elderly parent otherwise I would have continued living at Sienna Ridge.

We loved this place for several reasons. We had so much space for a one-bedroom apartment. The upstairs loft area was awesome to have. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I’ll be recommending Sienna Ridge to anyone I know of that’s looking for a place to live.

This was literally the best place I ever lived. It was a  quiet complex. The best part was no one lived a live or below you,. The maintenance team was excellent and trust worthy. The Admin staff was responsive and attentive. The only reason I left was because I moved out of state. Even when I moved out there was no unreasonable charges.

This is a great community because: it is quiet and gated, the staff are friendly and reponsive, the units are single story and quiet with end units having single or double car garages. Neighbors are friendly and shopping is across the street with a major medical center (at least 3 hospitals and any specialty you can imagine) 10 minutes away. 20-30 minutes to downtown and the River Walk.

I currently live at Sienna Ridge for the last four months, although I had previously lived here for five years before moving out of the city. I was very happy when I moved back and found that my old staff was still in place. Everyone that works here are vey professional and treat all the residents with care and understanding. I plan on living at my Sienna Ridge as long as possible.

Wonderful, well-kept property; Staff is second to none and I mean that sincerely. They are friendly, professional and handle every situation quickly. Maintenance was always fast and efficient. The apartments are great – no one above or below you. Quiet – you won’t hear your neighbors or smell what they’re cooking for dinner. Lots of greenery – places to walk. Perhaps my only complaint would be the little midges (like a mosquito) – they seemed to like me quite a bit. Appliances are excellent and well kept. Heat and A/C worked great — I had the 1B with the loft space – loved it! You will too.

Sienna Ridge is amazing! I have been here for almost a year and just renewed for another. The management team are friendly, communicative, and work hard to make this a great community. Being former military, I have lived in a LOT of apartments, and this one is by far the best community I have lived in. The floorplans are nice, the people are friendly, any maintenance issues are handled efficiently, and the grounds are well kept. I love coming home each day!

Sienna Ridge is home. The door is always open to staff, ( u can grab cup-a-Joe), all of them do their best to resolve normal problems whatever the women can’t handle inside the office , will fall on maintenance who always come through on maintenance issues. I recommend living here peaceful close to Med Ctr and all everyday essentials nearby..

We watched Sienna Ridge being built and were one of the first to sign up for an apartment when the office was opened. It has been all that we expected; a small gated complex, quiet, well kept grounds and close to the Medical Center. The staff is efficient, friendly and helpful. They make sure that even the small things such as changing the air/heat filters or batteries in the smoke alarms are done in a timely manor. Would we recommend Sienna Ridge as a place to live? YES! We love it.

There are three things I like about Sienna Ridge. Number One is the peacefulness and quiet of the apartment community. Number Two is that this apartment community is comprised of one-story apartments, so there are no stairs, and because all apartments are one-story, you don’t have to contend with noisy neighbors on the second floor. And the Number Three reason why I like sienna Ridge is the Management Team. These staff members are wonderful and helpful, You submit a work order and it is usually taken care of the same day. Would I stay here? Defiantly!
